This research investigates art workers' struggles and disillusions, as well as their goals and visions, focusing on their confrontations with artistic institutions through the lens of 'call-out culture.' Drawing on recent cases unfolding in London (UK), it addresses issues of discrimination, precarity, and value conflicts within museums and art centers.
