I am an independent art worker and researcher based in Ghent, Belgium.
My practice moves between exhibitions, events, writing, cooking, and collective experimentation.
I work with artists to develop projects that explore the narratives we inherit, the worlds we imagine, and the possibilities of making things otherwise. I am particularly drawn to speculative fiction, the uncanny, and magic, and to the ways art can unsettle what we take for granted.
Alongside my curatorial work, my doctoral research examined how art workers challenge the institutions in which they operate, and how collective acts of dissent contribute to efforts to improve working conditions in the arts.
I am currently developing ballad, an art space and agency in Ghent, where these interests find a new home.
